IF I WERE GREEN I WOULD DIE

DRESS & HAT: vintage from Hot Couture

JEWELRY: thrifted

SHOES: Ross

My first three blog posts I have worn blue clothes...whoops. I've just been feeling very blue lately and how could I resist wearing this new-to-me vintage two piece that was calling my name?! I'm not sure what the pattern is but they look like little strawberries and I love it! The same design is also on the belt and the skirt pockets. I'll definitely be pairing this skirt with other tops in the future.

I dyed my hair platinum blonde this morning but it still needs another lightening in the back where it's pretty yellow. So I slapped on my pillbox-y hat to cover it up! I'm so fickle with my hair, one moment I want it blonde, the next pink, and after brown! But since completely shaving my head a month back I've been waiting for some more length before starting any new hair endeavors. I'm also anticipating getting it permed when it reaches my chin so I can start doing pincurls again! However that's months away and I'm getting ahead of myself. It's been killing me not being able to curl my hair but it's also awesome not having to curl my hair.

I had all these plans today to have a picnic with my pretty thrifted picnic basket but then it started to rain! Another time I will make a cute picnic post when the weather doesn't throw me a curve ball.

Instead my love and I got Thai food and frozen yogurt. We also really wanted to see Finding Dory but all the cinemas in our area were swarmed by children and completely sold out! We're thinking of going at night to escape the hoards but it might not be better.

See you next time when I'm pinker,

- Miss Blue
